Maria was a mother to all of us at Mclane Pacific. I’ve worked with Maria for 15 years. She was the sweetest and most caring person ever. She always told us to be careful when driving home. She always offered to help me finish my work so I wouldn’t go home too late.  I will miss her sweet herbal scent, her warm smile and her motherly love. I miss you MCBAR .

I remember Candy from our neighborhood on 11th Street in Pomona. She was a happy girl, always smiling. I recognize some of the places she’s been and it seems she had a happy life. Wife, mother, grandmother and of course family back in Pomona. God Bless her on her journey home and God Bless and comfort those left behind. Stella Ramos Mejia

Maria Maria Maria, I miss you already. Maria was my friend from work. We work in Recieving together. When I started Mclane I was 18 yrs old. Maria along with my other teammates, has watched me grow up. She was around for my 21st bday, my births for both of my kids. She was so proud of me when I got married, and she always always asked about my boys and loved watching videos of them acting crazy. I’m usually loud at work and Maria would always call me “crazy Destinee” or little girl with the ruffles because she said I was their little girl in receiving. Pot lucks will not be the same with out her Macaroni salad we would always ask her to make for us and she would ❤️. Maria always talked about her life and family with us and we were blessed to have her in our lives. We love you Maria!  

I will miss are talks we had over the years.thank u for the love u should my dog Ozzy. 

I’m deeply saddened by Maria’s (Candy) passing. She was such a loving person. She was I believe a 3rd cousin, we went to Sacred Heart school together and to Pomona Catholic. We worked together at Kmart for a couple of years and we both ventured out to find another job and both of us were hired at Kirkhill Rubber Co. in Brea Ca. We car pooled and worked on same shift. She loved to work overtime and would stay until 2:00am. When she quit it was lonely without her. She told me that her husband wanted to live in Merced and she was going to start a new adventure. Jesus & family my prayers are with you at this time. She is now with her parents & brother looking down knowing you’ll be ok. 💕 

Jesus and children. My heart goes out to you at this time of lose. Maria was a great person and friend to me. I love her so much. I will miss her greatly. I work with Maria For 9 years in the receiving department. Everyday when I got to work we would have book club. Talk about the book we were reading at the time. I would tell her to read books I had already read and then we would talk about them. She would tell me to read different books. When I went to the Trans office to work the only thing I missed about working nights was Maria and our time together.  She was so fun.
