Born on April 18, 1937, in Gallo, Mexico, she carried the values of her upbringing with her throughout her life, meeting each day with grace and a generous spirit that touched everyone who knew her.

Maria lived a life marked by dedication to her family and to her community. She spent about 40 years working in a nursery doing floral maintenance, where she was known for her steady work ethic, reliability, and caring nature. Through her long years of service, she formed lasting bonds with those around her and earned the respect of coworkers and neighbors alike.

Those who knew Maria will remember her for the warmth she brought into every room and the genuine concern she showed for others. She loved her community deeply and was always willing to lend a helping hand, offer a kind word, or share a comforting presence. Maria cared deeply for her neighbors and for most of her family, and she found joy in the simple, meaningful moments of life spent in the company of those she loved. Her compassion and gentle spirit left a lasting impression on many lives.

Maria is survived by her children, Gualberto Castro and Carmen Serrato. She is also survived by her brothers, Lutiero and Reynaldo; her sister, Candelaria; and many grandchildren who loved her deeply. Her family was a source of great pride and joy to her, and she cherished the role she played in their lives. The love she gave to her children, grandchildren, siblings, and extended family will remain a treasured part of their memories. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alberto Castro, as well as her sisters, Consejo and Prodigiosin.

Though she has departed this life, Maria Perfecta Castro’s memory will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved her. Her family and friends will remember her as a loving, friendly, and thoughtful woman whose life was defined by compassion and devotion.
