Michelle Lynette Olivarez

Michelle was born in Merced, CA on March 15, 1993. Michelle graduated from Golden Valley High School in 2011.

Michelle was an avid gamer and loved to spend time with family especially her grandmothers, nephews and niece. Michelle loved everyone she came in contact with, and she would keep in touch with all her loved ones via social media and if you were a loved one, I’m sure there is a message from Michelle.

Michelle is survived by her mother Nancy Buendia and stepfather Fidel Buendia, her sister Erica Chavez (Miguel) and Savanna Medina (Timothy), Grandmothers Connie Olivarez and Isabel Carrillo, her two nephews Jayden and Branden and her niece Natalia who she loved dearly along with her fiancé Peter Wojcik and their two cats Princess and Sassy.

Michelle is preceded in death by her father, Ralph “Mike” Olivarez, her grandfather Joseph “Joe” Olivarez, and her uncle/nino, Joseph “Joey” Olivarez.

A visitation for Michelle will be held Tuesday, November 14, 2023 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home, 1490 B Street, Merced, CA 95340, and a funeral service will occur Wednesday, November 15, 2023 10:00 a.m. at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home. Interment will occur Wednesday, November 15, 2023 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Cemetery, 260 W Childs Ave, Merced, CA 95341. Reception following graveside until 7:00 p.m.
