Mrs. Peggy Lynn Fairbank a long time resident of Atwater CA passed away peacefully with loving family by her side on December 15, 2014. Peggy was a native of England Arkansas and relocated to Planada CA. Peggy enjoyed playing softball for many years and also, was a member of Merced golf and Country Club, Peggy had a love for riding horses and watching rodeo, she loved being outside and rode motorcycle as well. Peggy was a long time Elks member of Merced. Peggy is preceded in death by her husband Robert Fairbank, her father Edgar Evans, her grandparents Floyd and Julia Evans of Planada CA and Guy and Flossie Martin, brother Roger Evans .Peggy leaves behind her mother Gloria Evans of Russellville Arkansas, her daughters Kimberly (Frank Bazzar) Herzog, Victoria Bann (Wade) both of Atwater CA, her stepdaughters Tammy Young, Tiffany Titus and stepson Bobby Fairbank. Peggy also leaves behind loving grandchildren, Cody Frye, Chad Souza, Calli Souza, Jason Bann, Lyndi Bann and Dylan Bann. A Graveside service will be held Thursday December 18, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Plainsburgh Cemetery 8943 East Gillette Road, Le Grand, CA 95333.
