My amazing Grandma whom I will miss deeply as it's hard to even write a short message without crying. So many loving memories I will hold in my heart.

Love leaves a memory that no one can steal, but sometimes it leaves a heartache that no one can heal. Grandma you have touched so many of our lives, you will be missed. Thank you for all the wonderful memories of Love. We will always love you!

 I've had the pleasure of living with grandma cora and my nina for the past 4 years and going out with her was like following a celebrity, everywhere we went she was stared at  in wonder. People at restaurants, stores, doctor's offices, even nurses at the hospital would come up and ask how old she was and once they heard the triple digit number they'd be so dumbfounded. They'd tell us we were blessed and that she was awesome. Cora wasn't awesome, she was amazing. 
As you all know she lived a very long time so one can only assume she saw a lot of interesting things. luckily I was there for some of those moments. Wherever we went she was with us either in the passenger seat taking a nap or riding in her wheel chair looking at everything that surrounded her. 
We had some small adventures like walks along the bike path, cruising the back roads or going to the lake to see the sunset. During the holiday season we would go to christmas tree lane in fresno. I remember the first time she went my nina teresa kept pointing to  the lights excitedly telling her to look but she was just so unamused. I'll tell you what though she liked the lights at table mountain. Sometimes we would meet yeneka and spend the day there. It was one of the few occasions where she actually played and interacted instead of just watched. When she'd run out of change she would start pulling my nina teresa's slots.
We also had some big adventures. She went on rides to hornitos to look for crystals, san francisco to see the big buildings , pebble beach to see the ocean, and towards yosemite to see the snow. I remember it was too cold outside for her to get down so we scooped some up and took it to the car for her to touch. She ended up throwing it at my nina, playfully of course.
I enjoyed every adventure we had and i wish with all my heart we could have had more. I will forever cherish the memories of her always answering un taco everytime we asked what she wanted to eat and the worry and frustration when she would wait till we left the room to sneak to the bathroom even though we had just asked if she had to go and she said no. i will cherish the laughter we shared when my nina offered her a bite of something sweet and she finished the whole thing. I will cherish the shock on our faces every time she said something sassy like let's go and the surprise whenever she chugged a cold one. I will cherish the joy from her smile and the gentle shake of her head every time we did something silly like try on mask at the halloween store or take pictures with snapchat filters. Her favorite was the rainbow vomit one. i will cherish the love and comfort i felt whenever we would pick her up from esther's and she would ask what took you so long? I know she worried plus she was always eager to be in her home.. 
This past week has been tough. I hated seeing her like that. But even in the end she was the strongest woman i have ever known. 
I am sure that heaven rejoiced when she entered their gates because i don't think that they have ever received an angel as beautiful as her.
