Steven is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Lena Victor; his son, Stephen Victor and his brother Gary Victor.
He is survived by his wife, Kellie Victor; stepdaughter, Kayla Herrera; brothers, Dennis and Kevin Victor; sisters, Emily (James) LaMere, Peggy (Kent) Pritchard and Cynthia (George) Sutton. He is also survived by 2 granddaughters and 1 grandson along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A private graveside service will be held at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery.
