Thai Vang was born on April 12, 1973 to parents Chong Moua Vang and Youa Lee in Sainyabuli. Thai passed away at the age of 51 on June 19, 2023 in Modesto, California. He is survived by his parents Chong Moua Vang and Youa Lee, three sons, 4 daughters, 3 brothers, 2 sisters and 7 grandchildren.
