Virginia Mejia was born on November 15, 1932 in Arizona, to Leandro Armenta and Thomasa Esqiuel. She passed away on December 19, 2017 in Le Grand, California. Virginia was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Le Grand, California, where she regularly attended on Saturday nights. She loved her husband, and family deeply. She was known to do anything for her family. Virginia is survived by her husband, Henry Mejia, her 3 daughters, 1 son, 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. There will be a funeral service for Virgina on December 27, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home, located at 1490 B Street, Merced, California, with internment following at Plainsburg Cemetery, Plainsburg, California. Virgina will be missed greatly by all those who knew her.
