

William received his bachelor degree and valued education as an important part of his life. He understood the importance of learning, hard work, and perseverance, and he brought those principles into every chapter of his life. His accomplishments reflected not only his intelligence, but also his dedication to doing his best in all that he undertook.
He worked for Fresno County as an engineer, where he contributed his skills and knowledge in service to the community. Through his work, he demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility and a steady commitment to excellence. His career was a meaningful part of his life, and he took pride in being part of efforts that served others and supported the greater good.
William is survived by his cousin, Lester Lamont Yamaguchi, and Lester's wife. He also leaves behind many friends who will cherish his memory and remember the many ways he enriched their lives.
