Ying was a Merced resident for 43 years. She loved to sow traditional clothes and garden on her spare time.
She is survived by her husband, Ta Yao Saechao; daughters, Nai Yao Saechao, Chio Chao and Fay Yao Chao; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
