Graveside services for Mr. James T. “Jim” Maloney will be held Thursday at 2 pm at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jeremy Stewart officiating. Stephens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Maloney, 78, of Chunky, passed away Tuesday at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
He served his country with the U.S. Navy and was a mud logger in the oil field industry for 50 years.
Mr. Maloney is survived by his son Chuck Maloney and his wife Anita; sister Wanda Smith and brother Carl Maloney.
He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas Albert and Margie Maloney and his daughter Kimberly Riojas.
