Robert Shea passed away quietly on May 3, 2026 in Merritt at the age of 86 surrounded by love.
Robert is survived by his children, Cathy Stewart, Doris Shea, Darrell Shea, and Colleen Shea, along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will miss him dearly.
Robert was an avid fisherman who found great joy spending time outdoors. A skilled and hardworking man, he built his own rowing boat. He was also very active with the gun range in Merritt.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Merritt Funeral Chapel on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at the Pine Ridge Cemetery.
