Luci was born in Detroit, Michigan. She would often joyfully recount trips across the Atlantic and over the border to Canada to visit close family.
In 1960, Luci married the love of her life Adriaan "Andy" Mol. The two were blessed with three children. In 1976, the Mol party of five relocated to Cape Canaveral, FL with two toy shelties, two cats and a mina bird.
Luci's career spanned 27 years with USBI during the Space Shuttle years. She was proud to be recognized by NASA as a Manned Flight Awareness Honoree for the development of an employee data base for production operations.
She was an avid artist, prolific in watercolor paintings, stained glass, shell collage assemblage, and mosaic tiling. Her friends often remarked about her endless creative ideas, laugh-at-life sense of humor, and always present desire to help others.
Luci is survived by her children: April, Andrea, and Adriaan. Her son-n-law, Jim. Her daughter-n-law, Johannah. Three grandchildren: Jimmy, Alex, and Vaughn. Three great-grandchildren: Virginia Grace, Harper Lane, and James Odell. She was proceeded in death by her husband Andy.
She will be especially remembered for her generous heart and her fierce independence that served to strengthen her and everyone she met.
