Tony was born January 29, 1956 on Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada. He was the oldest child of Weston “Wes” Andrews and Alice (nee Mann). He enjoyed spending summers with his sisters at their grandmother’s farm in Texas. He attended Parkway Central High School in Chesterfield, Missouri. He received a Bachelor of Business degree from Maryville College in St. Louis, Missouri.
Tony was known for his kindness, sense of humor, love for family, and deep connections with friends new and old. After serving in the United States Army and playing soccer in Germany, Tony returned to the US where he played professional indoor soccer in the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL). Tony was an entrepreneur and business owner for most of his adult life and touched the lives of many colleagues and clients. He loved gathering with friends,
experiencing life with his wife Tracy, going to car shows, experimenting with the latest technologies, and found joy in celebrating life events like weddings and birthdays.
Tony is survived by his beloved wife, Tracy Andrews; and his sisters, Tobian B. Henry and Westina A. Andrews. He will also be dearly missed by many family members, close friends, and those who have known him.
A celebration of life is being planned for November.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warriors or St. Jude’s in Tony’s memory.
Tony’s warmth, generosity, and spirit will remain in our hearts forever. May he rest in peace.
