HAPPY BIRTHDAY ASHLEY! Everyone loves and misses you!

Wow I'm at a loss for words.  Ashley was one of the first people I met when I transitioned to Satellite High School from Hawaii.  I had fond memories of us goofing around in class.  She will be missed.  My condolences to the surviving family members.

Judy and Chris, we just heard about Ashley's passing and wanted to send our condolences. Van and I have sat where you sat and understand the pain of loosing a chlid.  We pray the strength of the Lord be with you during this difficult time, knowing that God will take care of you and help you through this.

We have been out of touch for some time now, but as we received this news, we are reminded that the "Kennedy Institute Family" is a strong bond that we all share.  Our kids grew up together and somehow we know that Ashley and Virgil,Jr. are having a good time together in heaven.  Friends, family and time will heal the pain, but you will never forget your beautiful Ashley.

Judy, Chris, Bret & Courtney: The grapevine works slowly, but it works. I am at a loss for words at the news that Ashley has died. I can still picture her, all smiles and energy, wandering the halls of JPKI on her days off from school -- and at our picnics. It seems like just yesterday. We loved her, we love you all. This is a terrible loss. Our hearts go out to you.

My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family, Ashley was a joy.  Remember her referring to the children at KI Preschool as chocolate and vanilla? I can only imagine the pain you are feeling. Remember that your family, friends and God are praying for you all. You have your memories and Laurie to help you bear this loss, be blessed.

The heart is the only broken instrument that works. When love is lost, do not bow your head in sadness; instead keep your head up high and gaze into heaven for that is where your broken heart has been sent to heal... Let your tears come. Oh Judy - It's difficult at such a time to know what words to say.  In moments of silence when the hurt is too hard to bear, may love be your shelter and the beauty of precious moments bring comfort.  As you share stories and memories of Ashley and how much your beautiful daughter meant to you, may you know comfort, deep sympathy and concern felt for you and your family today and in the ones to come.  My thoughts are with you, your family, and her priceless child I hope someday peace will return to your heart.
