Charles M. Dwyer, Sr. entered into rest on October 19, 2012 at the home of his granddaughter, Diane who had been his loving caregiver for the last five years. Charles was born in New York 96 years ago, and lived there raising his family in Cornwall, NY. He was proud to have served in the United States Army and was retired from his government position as a military base inspector, working in places like Denmark and Greenland. After retirement he and his wife, Pauline traveled abroad, visiting many countries, including Ireland and Germany. In 1984, he and Pauline moved to Florida to live near their grandchildren. There he enjoyed attending the many sporting and musical events of his grandchildren and in more recent years, his great grandchildren.

Charles was predeceased by his son, Charles (Buddy) M. Dwyer, Jr. and survived by his beloved wife, Pauline; his daughter and her husband, Pamela and Jerry Chasin of Colorado, his daughter-in-law, Helen Dwyer of Florida; his grandchildren Richard Chasin of Colorado, Charles and Sebrina Dwyer, Brian and Shannon Dwyer, and Diane and Todd Blasens all of Florida and his eight great grandchildren, Rachel and Brian Dwyer, Chandler, Zoe, and Peyton Dwyer, Michael and Jenna Mucker and Callie Blasens.
