Charlsie Ann Bailey, 59, passed away on Thursday July 5, 2012 in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
Charlsie was born in Columbus, Ohio.
She was a graduate of Merritt Island High School and she attended Brevard Community College.
Charlsie taught Choreography at Broward Community College. She also did Choreography for cruise ships in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and Port Canaveral. After moving to Brevard County she taught in the Performing Arts Department at Brevard Community College in Melbourne. At Disney World in Orlando she helped with the Choreography of the parades.
Charlsie is survived by her mother Betty A. Bailey of Merritt Island, Florida; son Stephen Cohen of Sharpes, Florida; brother Scott Bailey of Stuart, Florida and two grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held 1:00PM Wednesday July 25, 2012 in the Chapel at Grace United Methodist Church, Merritt Island, Florida.
