David L. Marshall, age 88 of Cocoa, Florida passed away December 6, 2014. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, William J. Marshall, Mary Dool Marshall, and his brother Douglas W. Marshall.
Born in New York and grew up in Plainfield, New Jersey. After high school he joined the merchant marine where he sailed aboard ship as a purser. He later served in the US army in Korea. After discharge from the army he moved to Miami, Florida and married Ethel Marshall. He was a vocational teacher until his retirement. After his wife died he moved to Cocoa, Florida and married his present wife Connie Marshall.
Dave enjoyed traveling, visiting his step children and playing cards and mahjong with friends.
A celebration of his life with his family and friends will be planned after the holidays.
