David was such a precious friend, cared about people without judgment. I am so blessed to have known him and spent time with him. I pray the Lord bless his family & fill them with His peace at this time of great loss.

To the many friends, family, and colleagues of David ... thank you so much for sharing such beautiful memories of David.  Your kind words are a reminder of the positive difference David made, and bring our family peace. David will be missed by anyone that knew him.  May his goodness remain in our hearts and paid forward.

What a great guy! I always remember him bringing in a box of muffins/sweets to our office.  He was always willing to go the extra mile for our patients.  He was a such a wonderful person...he will be missed by all....
