James Edward Skinner, age 78, of Merritt Island, Florida passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2025.
He was born June 28, 1946 in Wilmington, North Carolina a son of the late Milton and Essie (Scott) Skinner. Predeceased by his three sisters Annie, Lizzie Mae, Mary Bell and two brothers John and Jessie.
