Larry was born on October 2, 1947 in Richeyville, PA.
He graduated in 1965 from Bethlehem Center, PA. He attended Penn State and West Virginia University. He was an Army veteran during the Vietnam War.
Larry worked at Boniface-Hiers for many years.
He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Inez Duffield; brothers William and Scott Duffield; and two nephews, Scott Duffield and Robert Rhome, Jr.
He is survived by children Cindy, Alex and Billy; sisters, Antoinette "Toni" M. Rhome (Robert); Gerrie A. Padovich (George), Nancy E. Dunn (Richard); several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are 9:00am-10:00am followed by a Celebration of Larry's Life begining at 10:00am on Friday, May 4, 2012 at Wylie-Baxley Merritt Island Funeral Home.
