Our thoughts are with Rozena and her family, It was our pleasure to Know Phil, he was a wonderful guy. He had a way of making people feel happy and was always positive about life, as we all should be. Phil was a good man. He will be missed by so many. May your faith sustain you in any difficult times ahead. May God wrap his arms around you as he did Phil, comfort you, guide you and give you all the strength you need today and always. Our love Elizabeth and Gary White

I absolutely loved listening to his stories. He experienced a lot in life and had so much knowledge and understanding of all kinds of things. I know he loved the gospel of Jesus Christ (The church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints) I know that he had a great love for his family.
