Born November 28, 1931 in Alabama, Ralph served in the U.S Navy, worked at the Rockledge Police Department and was a Supervisor for the City of Rockledge. There are no words to express my broken heart. My best friend, my rock, my love and my husband has gone to Heaven. Fly with the Angels now my Guardian Angel.

Ralph is survived by his best friends Tony & Jody Yacono of M.I., His son Mike Belcher of TX, Daughter Sharon (Greg) Gehl of P.S.J, 4 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren. Beloved brother to Jim (Phyllis) Belcher of FL, John (Colleen) Belcher of FL, and Joyce (John) Smith of FL.
