I can't remember how long I've had the pleasure of knowing Sharon. From the drinks at Bumpers to the many haircuts I'd say about 28 years. Sharon always had a good word to say and plenty of gossip at the shop, and she always enjoyed a good night out. I remember the late night poker games in the back room of her shop where the guys would play and the girls would go to bumpers. Around 2am the girls would come back and disrupt the game. Sharon claiming the cops would come if we didn't get out and shut out the lights. Besides, she'd explain, Chances is still open. So off we'd go to another 4am party and Sharon would be right there with us knowing she had to have the shop open at 8.
Many a time I was a no show for my appointment for a haircut after one of those nights, and Sharon would laugh and ask if could make it later.?
she had a good heart and a wonderful life with Steve, whom I know will miss her as will I .

Sharon was a terrific lady who will always have a special place in my heart and memories.

What a kind, fun-loving, generous lady Sharon was. As a late entry into the extended family, Sharon always went out of her way to make me feel welcome and part of the family. Several times, she gave me gifts “just because” – for no special occasion. Every time that I would see those items or use them, I would always think of Sharon. I still have those gifts - new thoughts will now become cherished memories.

I moved next door to Sharon about 12 years ago. She has been a good neighbor and friend ever since. We've exchanged helpful favors back and forth over the years; and I always knew that Sharon, with her generous heart, could be counted on to care and help should any big emergency ever arise.
One thing that showed her giving heart was the way Sharon loved to share food and goodies that she'd made. I would occasionally get some of her homemade fudge, and assorted cookies at Christmas time. But my favorite was St. Patrick's Day, when she'd send Travis over with a delicious plate of corned beef and cabbage.
In addition to the generosity in her personal life, Sharon deserves praise for her professionalism. She took pride in her work and did things right; she was one of the best hairstylists ever - always did an excellent job.
I've already been missing Sharon, and will dearly miss her in the days and years ahead. I'm very thankful for the privilege of knowing her!
Steve and Travis, you've been in my thoughts and prayers and will continue to be. My love and sympathy to you and the whole family.

Sharon was a very close friend of my mom and in turn a good friend of mine. She was a kind, caring person always willing to give advice or a helping hand if she could. I was 18 when I moved to Florida and Sharon got me my first job as a waitress at Gkedis on Cocoa Beach. There are plenty more memories, but too many to list. Just wanted to give my condolences to Steve and the whole family, I know she will be greatly missed. Thoughts and prayers to you all.

I met Sharon in 1992. It wasn't long that our 2 families became 1. We have a lot of beautiful memories .....far to many to mention them all.....but the holiday dinners and Superbowl parties are among my favorites. And let's not forget Bumpers...Sharon's favorite meet and greet. So many friends, laughs, and good times. I feel privedged to have known such a beautiful and caring woman and she will be deeply missed by all that knew her. My thoughts and prayers to Steve and family.
