I miss you, Mama.  I know you were so happy for me on the day I married Sam. You told me that he loved me more than I had ever been loved, other than by you. You knew before I did. Thank you for encouraging me. 
 So much has happened, lots of good things and some hurtful/sad things since you’ve been gone. 
We have now lost Hubert, Jerry, and Peggy. We are all growing older, but I believe we will be together again. I pray we can all meet at the tree of life. I love you forever Mama, and will never stop missing you.

I don't know if anyone will see this, but I am sorry to hear about your mom.  I remember her so well when I was young and we lived next door and her cornmeal cakes that I have tried to duplicate over the years and can't.  I remember seeing her after the divorce and she looked like a new woman.  She was beautiful!  I have thought about her family and her children, my friends, that I knew and loved.  
I am really sorry she has passed and I know that you all still miss her everyday.

Mama, eight years and seven months....The pain of losing you is just as sharp now as the day you passed away. I miss you so much. I think of how hard you had to work to care for all of us, and how difficult your life was but you were so grateful for what little you had. You told me you were content, and I understand now, how this allowed you to know "the peace that passes all understanding." I loved Aunt Susie Mae.  I am so sorry for the loss of your Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grand Mother.  Everyone is in my prayers.  We have the hope of seeing her again when Jesus comes!  Praise the Lord!  Love and prayers to all the family!!

I will always remember and cherish the Sabbath Morning breakfasts at your house before going to church! Am so glad I was able to leave my Grandpa's coffee cup there for you all to remember me by! Trying to narrow down what to say, without writing a book and I just can't do it. So I'll just say to my Grammy, I love you and miss you.

Mama - I miss you so much and it's just been one day.  I miss talking to you and being with you (our breakfast's & lunchies)  It is going to be sooo hard to break that habit of reaching for the phone every morning to see if you had a good nights sleep.
