May you rest in peace Ann. You've sure lived a long and energetic life. Your warm and caring ways live on in the lives of your children and grandchildren. I wish I could have seen you in the last few years but are remembering my family visits to Vista where we always had a good time and were amazed by the vast gardens and the wine that Morris made. Even as a child I got to sample it. Yum!

This news elicits sadness, yes, but also joy in remembering someone who lived such a long, active and full life. On the occasional evenings when I visited during our high school years, Steve, your mother's hospitality and cheerful manner always made me feel welcome, indeed. Since I will be performing Verdi's Requiem this weekend, I would be honored to dedicate my performance to her. Please accept my condolences for your loss. Herbert Poetzl
