She was born in Dallas, Texas on June 11, 1927. Anne graduated from Tivy High School in Kerrville, Texas and attended Stephens College and The University of Texas until she married Hal Lloyd FitzPatrick on April 20, 1947 in Kerrville. She was an active Air Force wife, traveling all over the world until their retirement in 1975. After that, they focused on their joint passion for tennis, and she played as much bridge as she could fit in.
She is survived by her children, Michael King FitzPatrick, James Clark FitzPatrick, and Carole FitzPatrick, her grandchildren, Laura Marie (FitzPatrick) Lucas and Travis Robertson FitzPatrick, as well as her great-grandchildren, James Michael Wulfstan Lucas and Eliza Hansa Anne Lucas.
