Annie was born in Freystadt, Germany on December 31, 1929 to Otto and Rosa Reinholz. Annie grew up and lived in Germany until she went on a brave life adventure and immigrated to Canada in the early 1950’s and settled in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In 1957 Annie immigrated to the United States and settled in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Annie married her beloved husband, George in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and they had 3 children, Caroline, Howard and John. Annie was a deeply devoted wife to George for over 44 years until he went to be with the Lord in 2007. Annie was a loving and caring mother and grandmother. Annie always had a strong faith in God, loved animals and enjoyed taking ceramic classes. She painted many beautiful ceramic pieces that we will always treasure. She was an excellent cook and loved to make German food and German cake and cookies to share with her family and friends. Annie went on yet another life adventure when she, George, Caroline, Howard and John moved from Wisconsin to Arizona in November, 1985. Annie enjoyed the warmer weather in Arizona and was happy to be with her family and her beloved pets.
Annie’s family wishes to thank all the kind and caring people at Serenity Assisted Living, Hospice at Home of Arizona, Banner Gateway Hospital and Banner Hospice that provided such wonderful care for Annie. We are extremely grateful to everyone that helped care for her and our entire family throughout her journey.
