Brodie D. Collum Jr, of San Tan Valley, AZ passed away October 18, 2019. He was born in Columbia, SC on May 1, 1948. Brodie graduated from Winder Barrow High School in Winder, GA. He was married to Connie McDowell on June 30, 1979. Brodie worked his career as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic for Empire Machinery. He had a passion for God, guns and cars. Brodie is survived by his wife, Connie Collum; daughters, Jennifer (Jason) Miller and Melanie (Clifford Fields) Collum; grandchildren, Jordan Miller, Gavin Fields and Bo Fields; his sisters, Linda McKeever, Janet Huggins and Rebecca Jesse and his brother, Michael Collum. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Wilson; his father, Brodie Collum; stepfather, Carl Wilson and his grandmother, Ethel Dewberry. A celebration of his life will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Mariposa Gardens Cemetery Chapel, 6747 E. Broadway Rd, Mesa, AZ.
