Caroline Carpenter, born August 10, 1961 in Galveston, Texas, passed on peacefully in her home on November 4, 2011. A cherished wife, loving daughter and wonderful sister, Caroline was a kind, caring and beautiful soul who will be profoundly missed by all those who loved her. She was raised in Texas and in France before settling in Arizona where she worked for many years at the ASU Foundation. She enjoyed reading, cats, antiquing, going for walks, decorating and history.
Caroline is survived by her husband Jeff Carpenter, mother Georgette Postel, sister Veronica Postel, aunt Marion Scott, cousins Greg Postel, Clifford Scott and Andrew Scott.
Viewing will be held at Lakeshore Mortuary, 1815 South Dobson Road, Mesa on Wednesday Nov 9 from 5 to 8 pm. Memorial Services will be held at Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 1035 East Guadalupe Road, Tempe on Thursday, Nov. 10th at 10:30 am. Donations can be made to any no-kill animal shelter. Arrangements entrusted to Lakeshore Mortuary.
