Ms. Catherine was a very sweet lady and we were so happy to meet her and spend time with your family last fall while she was in the DFW area.  We are so very sorry for your loss of her.  Sending hugs and well wishes to you all!  May you be filled with only the most wonderful memories of her and hold on tight to them forever.

I enjoyed getting to know Catherine when she came to tea at my house! She had such a great sense of humor and was just such a down to earth person.  I know she is missed. Hugs from all of us,

Helena and Nicole - I'm so sorry for your loss. I am sending you comfort, hugs and thoughts of peace from across the miles. My condolences.

I enjoyed the couple of days I spent with Catherine last September in Texas. When we went out for tea and a drive one day, she talked about her grand children, siblings and friends in New Jersey. She so loved everyone. Tina and all of your family, I am sorry for your loss and can only imagine how much you will miss her.

I have so many lovely memories of Aunt Catherine. And Doc loved her and held her in high regard as well. Among all these, I must mention the great crumb debate, because we crack up every time we think of it.

We loved having Catherine visit us and work with our students at Landry. We love, love, love her daughter!  You willed be missed by your many friends and family.

Catherine taught me how to make the best blueberry sauce.  Yum!  I've been making it for years and always gave her credit. Last year or maybe 2 years ago she called me for her own recipe.  We had a good laugh over the fact that I make it more often than she did.  I am sorry for your loss and greatful for her friendship over all of these years.  Love, Marianne
