She was the daughter of the late Donald and Helen(Coen) Turley. She was also preceded in death by her brother-in-law Andrew Chichick.
She graduated from Mingo High School in 1966. She was a 911 supervisor for the city of Mesa until her retirement.
She is survived by her sister, Donna Chichick of Mingo Junction, OH, Nephew Andrew(Debbie) Chichick of North Little Rock, AR and Niece, Dawn Spurrier of Steubenville, OH.
