Charlaine Frances Bishop, 65, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on August 1, 2017. She was born in El Paso, Texas on October 31, 1951. She is survived by her son, James Shankle. Charlaine began her career in banking, but then became involved in the sale of manufactured homes. She worked for numerous years selling homes for Prestige Homes in Mesa. Memorial service will be at 10:00a.m., August 23, 2017 at the Love of Christ Lutheran Church, 1525 N Power Road, Mesa, Arizona.
