Chuck was born in Baltimore, Maryland on August 30, 1957 to Carl and Ann Fetterman. He was raised in Globe, AZ with his 3 siblings. Chuck graduated from the Arizona School for the Deaf and Blind and later attended classes at Gila Pueblo College.
Chuck, though he was blind, learned to play the piano by developing a deep connection to sound, touch and memory. He was able to master difficult musical pieces. Playing the piano always brought him much joy.
Chuck is survived by his brothers, Russell (Liz) Fetterman and Lee Alderman, as well as several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Ann Fetterman and his sister, Linda Henderson.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, June 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Mariposa Gardens Funeral Home, located at 6747 E Broadway Road, Mesa, AZ 85206.
