Charles Rowland, 82, of Mesa, Arizona, entered into rest on September 7, 2020. Beloved husband of the late JoAnn Rowland for 52 years. Dear father of Lloyd, Larry, Misty, and the late Dewayne; loving grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend of many.
