Corrine L. Wall, 87, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away peacefully on June 19, 2013. She was born in Joliet, Illinois, on February 7, 1926, to John (Jack) and Lillian Ott. She grew up in Lemont, Illinois, where she met her husband of 67 years. After they were married, she and Robert moved to the Wall family farm in Mellette, South Dakota, and then moved to Ipswich, South Dakota, where they began raising their three children. In 1953, they returned to Lemont until moving to Chandler, Arizona, in 1964. They established a hearing aid business in Mesa, Arizona, where she worked alongside Robert until age 60. She was an active lifetime member of the Lutheran church and of the Order of the Eastern Star. She had many friends in Mary’s Circle at church and was dedicated to the prayer chain at Victory Lutheran. She and her husband loved to travel, visiting many foreign countries. They also enjoyed spending summers at their home in Pinetop, Arizona. Corrine is survived by her husband, Robert Sr.; son, Robert Jr. (Joyce) of Chander, Arizona; daughters, Cheryl (Jimmy) Lewallen of Scottsdale, Arizona; and Connie (Gene) Erickson of Mesa, Arizona; along with 8 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held June 27 at 11:00 a.m. at Victory Lutheran Church, 5946 E University Dr., Mesa. Arizona. Visitation one hour before services. Reception will follow at the church. Interment will be held at Valley of the Sun Memorial Park in Chandler, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Victory Lutheran Foundation in care of the church.
