Cynthia Sue Butcher

Cindy was in the first four-year graduating class of Alhambra High School. She graduated in 1966 and continued her education at Northern Arizona University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. Cindy worked in the corporate office for Greyhound in the Trust division and then worked at Intel in the Payroll and Insurance Department. She retired from Intel and enjoyed her retirement years.

Cindy was predeceased by her father and mother, Jim and Vi Craig, and her brother, James Craig. She is survived by her significant other of 51 years, Bill Carter of Tempe, and her sisters, Diane Williams (Gary) of Fresno, and Janet Bioletto (Pete) of Tempe. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews. We will all miss Cindy and her wonderful laugh.

We would like to thank AZ Physician’s Hospice Care for the care they gave Cindy and the caregivers at the group home where she spent her last month.
