Euna “Dallice” Fultz of Mesa, AZ passed away November 16, 2018 at the age of 72. She was born May 22, 1946 in Springfield, OH to Ernest and Eugenia [Burgess] Mills. At an early age, Dallice was very ambitious and knew that going to school to get her education was important. Some of her fondest memories during her childhood was traveling to her grandparents’ home in North Carolina and seeing her Papaw and that she would never leave her home without her pocket knife attached to her belt. Dallice was a devoted mother and was very proud of her son, Mark, from his graduation to his marriage to his wife, Kim and how he grew up to be the man he is today. She was also a very proud grandmother and enjoyed the time she was able to spend with her granddaughters, Kaylynne and Allyson, especially watching them play basketball. Dallice graduated from Clark State and earned her Life Insurance degree (FLMI) then went on to work as an insurance agent; her ambition brought her to becoming the Assistant Vice President for two different insurance companies. During her down time, Dallice enjoyed taking walks, reading books, traveling and watching The Young and the Restless as well as other soap operas with her sister Barbara; she especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Dallice was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Eugenia Mills; her youngest son, Jeffrey, who passed away shortly after birth and her brother, Ernest Mills Jr. She is survived by her son, Mark Fultz and his wife, Kim; granddaughters, Kaylynne and Allyson Fultz; her brothers, Ralph and Boyd Mills and her sister, Barbara Robinson. A funeral service will be held at 5:00pm, Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Mariposa Gardens Cemetery Chapel, 6747 E. Broadway Rd in Mesa.
