He leaves behind his wife of 25 years, Linda. His children, Terri Duncan and Mike Toney (Virginia). 7 grandkids, and 5 great grandkids.
Leon was a man of many interests. He was proud of being associated with Santa Cruz Host Lions Club. He served as District Governor in 1986/87. He loved being associated with Lions Clubs in Mexico, helping with special projects.
Salmon season was his favorite time of the year. He loved taking friends out on his boat, the Linda Sea.
Leon was a State Farm Agent for 27 years. He loved helping people in all that he did.
Leon was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Tracy Borland. He will be greatly missed.
