Daniel Costilla, 89, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away February 3, 2021. He was born in Melvin, TX on December 9 1931. Daniel graduated from Melvin High School and received an Art Degree from Mesa Community College. Daniel had a career in Civil Service for the United States Air Force for 30 years. He was a member of the American Legion Honor Guard and a had a passion for his loving family, living life to the fullest, art travel and golf. Daniel had so much love for his country and his fellow veteran brothers.
Daniel is survived by his daughter, Anna M Keister; and sons, Daniel R. Costilla and Alfred K. Costilla; grandchildren, Rose M. Braaten, Samuel Jr. Perez, Jenaro L. Perez, Marina A. Perez, Christopher Hudson, Dana Pierce, Daniel Costilla, Heather W. Barber, Amanda Costilla; brothers and sisters, Chavella Costilla, Manuel Costilla, Gilbert Costilla, Maria J. Garcia, and Richard Costilla.
