David Luther Seagraves, 84, of Mesa, Arizona passed away on August 24, 2021. He was born in Newcastle, Indiana on May 5, 1937. He was married to Janet Seagraves for 64 amazing years. They were married in Holbrook, Arizona on June 30, 1957. Dave began his professional life as a carpenter. He worked in many facets of construction throughout his career, started his own companies, and became a general contractor. He left the construction business to join Janet as a real estate agent in 1989. Dave became a member of Central Christian Church in Mesa in 1959. He served his church community in many ways, including as an elder and a Sunday morning greeter.
Dave is survived by sons Kevin Seagraves (Debbie) and Brad Seagraves (Cyndi). He has four grandchildren, Shannon (Dave) Kraft, Tyler (Megan) Seagraves, Ben Seagraves, and Megan Seagraves, and four great-grandchildren, Brielle, Jayce, Ethan, and Abigail.
Dave will be laid to rest in the City of Mesa Cemetery. A public memorial service is not planned at this time.
