Think of stepping on a shore, And finding it Heaven, Think of touching a hand, And finding it Gods, Think of waking up in Glory, And finding it Home. My sweet Mom is finally home! I will miss my Mom, but I know she was truly ready to go home. She is finally home for God decided to relieve me of my duties and responsibilities in caring for her and He took my Mom in His loving hands and guided her to the eternal shore--Heaven. I am at peace with her passing for my Mom is at peace in Glory! Loving daughter, Donna

Some of my best childhood memories were of the Caperton family. Dorthy's smile and kind words (and her pot roast). So sorry to hear of your loss.

Grandma will surely be missed, but we will always have memories of our visits as kids...camping and fishing in Levining, touring the Boston Store, hanging out and having fun. We feel blessed that Michael got to know her and Grandad too, and we have special memories of some of those visits; when he was just 2 and insisted on sitting with them in church, and just sat and held her hand. She is now back with Grandad...her "Sug" (short for sugar) and has gone home to be with our Lord.

Dorothy was a kind woman who my kids all looked up to as the "grandma".  I am glad my family got to know both of them even if for a brief time. They are both missed by us all

During her last days I joked with her that we should go run a marathon and asked who would win. Grandma said she would win with a laugh and smile. Well she ran her race and finished it, she won her prize in Heaven.

I will remember this good Christian lady whom I have known for over sixty years.  She will be missed by all who have known her.  My sympathy to all of her family.

Dorothy was such a beautiful soul inside and out.  She was so easy to love.  I can hardly remember a time when she wasn't a part of my life; like family to me.  She was so gracious to me and my family and I'll always remember her kind sweet ways fondly.  She will surely be missed by all who knew her.  Rest in peace, my dear, sweet sister.

My Mother, we will miss her greatly.  So glad that we were able to see her in October.
