Ann loved taking pictures to preserve the memories she made with family, friends and events. Looking back through my pictures I realize now how much I didn’t take enough pictures of our adventures together. 

Memories always remembered,  never forgotten. Grandma Ann and with grand daughter Alyssa Harris looking at rocks :) 

Ann became part of our family 16 1/2 years ago, about the same time as my daughter was born. She was an amazing bonus mom and Grandmother; who always made us all feel loved and welcome.
This past Christmas my daughter (Alyssa) and I were able to come down for a week to visit, to see Ann and Dad. I’m so grateful we had this time together to make the many memories we did.
 Alyssa and Ann shared a passion of rock hunting and enjoyed walking the river beds and hills for new exotic rocks. I will always be grateful for the time we had Ann as a part of our lives and she will be greatly missed but forever loved. 

Ann was our neighbor behind us in Granite Bay.  We got to know her better when she inquired about family history. My husband and I met with her and she was so interested in doing her family history. She took the missionary lessons in our home and after praying about it for some time, she got the answer that she should be baptized. We were close with Ann until she moved to Montana and our contact was less frequent. She remains a dear friend to us!  She was a devoted mother to Mary Ann and went to all of her performances and video recorded every one. She was so proud of her daughter! Ann was such a sweet and kind person! We are heart broken to hear of her death while hiking in Arizona! May her husband, daughter, sister, parents and all her loved ones  be comforted at this sorrowful time.
