Frank Flores DOZAL was born on June 28, 1942 and passed away on August 14, 2020, in Arizona after a year-long battle with heart failure. He was born in Ray, Arizona, to parents Emilio and Luz Dozal. Born in a mining town as the youngest of 10 children, the family soon found their home relocated to Superior, Arizona. After graduating from Superior High School, Frank moved to California to attend college where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering from Pacific States University (USC); and later, he participated in a Fellowship with Harvard University.
Preceding his retirement and return to Arizona, Mr. Dozal was the President & CEO of Dozal & Associates, Inc., a business management consulting firm dedicated to assisting companies in developing effective project management processes and managing large information technology projects; and, Information Technologies Resources (ITR), where working with his daughter Michelle O’Mahoney, the company provided project management and technical staffing solutions. Frank was at his best when entertaining family and friends. But he was happiest when supporting and making memories with his family. He was forever grateful to have had this life to share with his wife Rita; sisters, Martha (Paul) Yanez and Lupe Cantley, both of Superior, AZ; mother-in-law Bernice Albers Lovrien, Sioux Falls, SD; children, Michelle O’Mahoney (Mark), Green Lake, WI, Michael Dozal (Teri), Erie, CO, and Dione (Jesse) Lenz, Fort Collins, CO; grandchildren, Brittany (Corey) Drees, Appleton, WI, Cassie O’Mahoney, College Park, MD, Mike Dozal (Melissa) Westminster, CO, Heron Lenz and Sora Lenz, both of Fort Collins, CO, Kiley Hutt, Westminster, CO, and Amber Shaft, Columbus, GA; and great grandchildren, Maya Drees, Mason Drees, Mikey Dozal III, Roman Pena, and Lelyn Shaft; and a host of nieces, nephews and cherished friends.
