It was a pleasure getting to know Freddie. He always made a point to stop by my table to drop a joke, share thoughts on relevant sports, or simple say hello. His work ethic and dedication impressed me. Clearly family was most important to Fred, speaking fondly of them often. Freddie was a good soul and will be missed. Prayers & strength to his family and friends in this difficult time.

Marc Dettmering 12/26/2023 Fred Cowan Loved his family so much, he was very happy for all there accomplishments and successes, he loved sharing stories, pictures and anything else he could. Fred also loved sports Dbacks, Suns, and the Cardinals. He loved The Ohio St Buckeys football team, loved watching them every chance he got. Fred was also a joke teller, he loved his jokes and I kept some of them. Fred taught me some lessons in life as well, he gave great advice and he was caring and good hearted. This will take a while, this is going to sting for a while, he was an awesome friend, we went to dinner at sushi, movie premiers, and just hung out. Fred is a great husband, friend, father and anything else he was. I will remember him now, then, and forever. RIP peace Fred Cowan. You will be missed.

In memory of Fred aka “grandpa” of Scottsdale Twin Peaks.
 Fred was the type of person whom actually wanted to get to know who you were and who remembered the little things that made your day when you least expected it. 
I write this while looking at  the origami that dons most of our homes and at work. 

While at work you counted on Fred for his performance, professionalism  and leadership while getting much more in return like  a friend,  a jokester and all around good guy who always had his sports radio going for the Cards, Dbacks and suns. And always for  The Ohio St Buckeyes ! Fred was most proud of his family. He bragged about them constantly and loved them all dearly. It brought so much joy to his life to share those special moments with us at work and we are all blessed to have be able to share that with him. Fred was a special person no doubt and we will miss you our friend and our work  grandpa. Thank you Fred,
for all you shared with us.
