Karen, Our thoughts are with you and your family. We are so sorry for your loss.

I sang with Drew in the choir. He always had a smile and an awesome sense of humor! Man of great restraint - never made fun of my clothes - which occassionally matched!

Most important - he knew what lay on the other side of death: the arms of his Savior! In life and in death - he lived that truth in peace!

I last saw Drew when he came back East for his sister, Tracy's memorial in 2011. Prior to that I hadn't seen him since we were teenagers. We grew up as "cousins", our families making memories that have lasted a lifetime. I'm truly thankful to Karen, who always kept Aunt Evie in touch with cards and pictures. I'm also so very grateful that I got the chance to see my "cuz" again and see what an incredible man he turned out to be.

We were blessed to know Drew as our Bible Study leader, but more important we both were blessed to call him our Brother and Friend in Christ Jesus. We know we will meet you again in God's Kingdom. Drew you blessed so many lives including ours.

Sincerest condolences to Karen and family for your loss.

I remember Drew and always liked him, my heart goes out to the family, Randy Dupray...

For all of those that were Blessed to have known him. He was truly a Gift from God.I was truly the Luckiest. Because I was able to call him My Big Brother.I will cherish him always and forever.

We have no words to explain the loss of this wonderful young man - the saying "Only the good die young" is so true and it was proven here. We will miss our loving Son-in-law who was at one time more like a son then a in law.

Drew stored treasures in Heaven with his service to his family, his church and the people God placed in his life. May God give you peace at this time of sadness and joy in knowing Drew's work on earth is done and he is home with Jesus.

To someone who truly lit up the world and my life!

It feels like yesterday the first time I picked up the game of golf. And as most people can attest, golf and Drew were attached at the hip (or grip). He was my first teacher and I cherished those long walks in the short grass with him. I have an old Dunlop 7 iron that sits outside my back door and I swing it every night when I let the dog out. I've been doing that for close to 6 years and oddly enough; it was given to me by Drew bird. It was actually at Pat Burgess' retirement party, when we snuck away to the garage to talk golf. I'll never look at that club the same way, but I know in a sense; it will keep us connected. It breaks my heart to pieces that he is gone. Although I cry tears of sorrow, I can't be selfish. Take good care of my friend Lord, because he's deserving of your grace. BFF...

May God comfort you knowing that Drew is now enjoying heaven; a better place by far. Jesus promised an eternal home waits for believers. Jesus will be there too. Praying for comfort, strength and encouragement during this time. May you feel God's heartbeat as He holds you close.

                                                    Jill McFadden

Karen, Chanel, Monica, and family. My heart aches for your tremendous loss. As I recall a year ago when I lost my husband to this same horrid disease, it was like the walls of Jericho tumbled down around me. But hold fast to your faith in God. He does rebuild. He does it with strength that you have no idea where it comes from, except from Him. I know He holds you in his arms. He is there with you even when you don't feel him. God's blessings to you all.

In honor of Drew's joyful spirit and testament of Christ's love for His church.

When I think of Drew and what he brought to life is immeasurable. He was always smiling and generally cared for everyone. He would always put a smile on your face because his zest for life was evident. He loved the Lord with all of his heart and loved life and he loved his wife and daughters most.
