Born in Gary, Indiana, she attended Mount Mary University in Wisconsin where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
In 1957, she married Donald Traicoff, and they eventually settled in Mesa in 1971. A devoted wife and mother, she also worked as a sensory therapist for the MARC center. She enjoyed spinning & weaving, and she and Don traveled extensively in their airplane, and later their RV.
She is survived by her sons Donald jr. and James, her grandchildren Nicole, Cassandra, and Anthony, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A visitation will be held September 9, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held September 10 at 10am at All Saints Catholic Church;1534 N Recker Rd. Mesa, AZ. Then Memorial service will take place on September 10, at 4:00pm, followed by a reception from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Home, located at 400 South Power Road, Mesa, AZ 85206
