Gregory Francis Passaro, Age 30, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2025 in Phoenix, Arizona. Greg was born on August 8, 1994 in Mineola, New York to parents Francis “Frank” Passaro and Michele Giovanniello.
Greg attended Pinnacle High School in Phoenix, AZ. He then went to Arizona State University and was able to get his BA in sociology and graduated summa cum laude. Greg loved to play the lottery scratchers and go to the casino. He also enjoyed staying home and watching a good comedy show on Netflix while playing with his dogs and cat.
He is predeceased by his maternal grandparents Frank and Lucy Giovanniello, and his paternal grandparents, Salvatore and Clara Passaro, and his Aunt Alice Stec. Although we know Greg is together with loved ones, he is going to be deeply missed by his family. Our hearts are broken forever. He is survived by his parents, and his 2 older sisters, Jaclyn and Brittany, as well as, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 12, 2025 from 5:00pm - 9:00pm at Mariposa Gardens; 400 S. Power Rd. Mesa, Arizona 85206. A Celebration of Greg's life will be held Monday, January 13, 2025 at 10:00am at Mariposa Gardens. The Passaro family would like to thank all of those who have reached out with their kind words and all of those who have shared in a prayer for Greg.
