

He was born on June 18, 1961, in Mesa, Arizona, to Earlene Souza and Herman Hopper. Following his graduation from Mountain View High School, Scott began his career in real estate before distinguishing himself as a leading professional in the telecommunications industry, where he worked for many years.
Scott was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather who was admired for his warmth and dedication to his family. He had a deep enthusiasm for fishing, gardening and motorcycles, often spending hours in his garage working on bikes or relaxing in his backyard surrounded by his cherished plants, flowers, butterflies, and pumpkins.
He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Davies; his mother, Earlene Souza; his father, Herman Hopper; his brother, Mark Hopper (Delania); his children, Matthew Davies (Robyn), and Sara Mitchell (Dan); his grandchildren, Skye Hopper, Kaleb Hopper, Liliana Mitchell, and Jack Mitchell; as well as several nieces and nephews: Joshua Hopper, Chaz Hopper, Emily Gomez, and Kyle Ross. Scott was preceded in death by his loving son Travis Hopper and his sister Katrina Ross.
A ceremony commemorating Scott's life and achievements will be scheduled in the near future, to honor his legacy.
