Harvey passed away in Mesa on January 31, 2011. He leaves behind a loving wife Rita, a son Christopher of Mesa, a daughter Colette (Rick) Gramelt of Oregon, grandchildren Richard, Sabra and Sabin also of Oregon, brother Peter (Nicole) of Ontario, Canada, nephew Daryl (Julie) and their children Holly and Hannah along with many loving nieces and nephews in Canada. Harvey is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Mary Jane, brother Bob and sisters Helen Billing and Shirley Walker of London, Ontario, Canada. Please do not send flowers.
